A tribute to our heritage, this salsa is a medley of flavors that we were raised on; lush tomatoes, sweet onion, zesty peppers, fresh garlic, savory olives and all the usual suspects when it comes to seasoning.  It is like a salsa married to a tapenade. This is our favorite salsa to cook with; use over your favorite pasta, top your favorite protein, dress your bruschetta or mix into a salad. The possibilities are endless.
